Condor Star Marina Apartment Number 102

A Perfect Touch for Apartment 102 – Condor Star Marina

Our Blinds and Curtain team recently had the pleasure of working on an exciting project at Condor Star, Apartment 102, in the beautiful Dubai Marina. The goal? To add a touch of elegance and comfort with custom-made blackout and sheer curtains that not only looked amazing but also made the apartment more functional.

Let us walk you through how we transformed this space!

The Vision

When we first stepped into the apartment, we could see that the owner wanted a perfect balance of style and practicality. The living room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows, which meant the right curtains could really make a difference in how the space felt.

The challenge? We needed to keep the apartment looking bright and airy during the day, while also offering complete privacy and darkness when needed. So, we decided on the combination of two types of curtains: sheer for daylight and blackout for full privacy and light control.

The Process

Here’s how we went about it, step by step:

  1. First Visit & Consultation

We began by visiting the apartment to get a feel for the space. We took a close look at the windows, the décor, and listened carefully to the client’s needs. This is where we understood how important natural light and privacy were for them.

  1. Choosing the Fabrics

Once we knew what the client wanted, we presented a selection of fabrics. For the sheer curtains, we chose soft white fabric that would allow sunlight to come in, but still keep things private. For the blackout curtains, we selected high-density fabric that would completely block out light when it’s time to relax or sleep.

  1. Taking Precise Measurements

It’s all about the details! We made sure to take the most accurate measurements, from ceiling to floor, so the curtains would fit perfectly and hang just right. No room for mistakes here!

  1. Creating the Curtains

After the measurements were set, we had the curtains custom-made to match the apartment’s needs. We used top-quality fabrics, making sure everything was stitched to perfection. Our goal was to create something that would last, look good, and work just as the client envisioned.

  1. Installing the Curtains

Finally, our expert installation team got to work. They carefully hung the curtains and tracks, making sure everything was aligned perfectly and that the curtains slid smoothly. The best part? No damage to the walls, and everything was installed with no mess.

What We Chose

For this project, we went with:

  • Sheer Curtains: Soft white fabric that lets in just the right amount of daylight, creating a bright and airy atmosphere without compromising on privacy.

  • Blackout Curtains: High-density fabric that completely blocks out light, perfect for creating a dark, restful environment at night.

  • Neutral Tones: Beige and cream tones that seamlessly blended with the apartment’s modern furniture, giving it a clean and stylish look.

  • Heavy-Duty Tracks: Sturdy tracks that ensured the curtains slid smoothly and stayed in place.

The Final Result

When we were done, the living area looked stunning! During the day, the sheer curtains created a peaceful and bright space, while at night, the blackout curtains ensured the apartment was completely private and cozy. It was the perfect mix of style and function, just as we’d planned.

Why It Matters

For this apartment in Dubai Marina, we knew that the curtains had to do more than just look good. They needed to be practical and bring comfort to the home. The final result? A beautiful, relaxing space with total control over light and privacy, making every moment spent there feel just right.
